Salary: RM 3000 – RM 5000 (based on experience)

 

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all Structural Works, Architecture Works are well co-ordinate as accordance with Specification, Drawings and Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
  • Supervising and Controlling the direct labors and subcontractor’s work for completion of the respective facilities
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, Consultants and Client’s representatives concerning work execution and work activities on site in a timely and good workmanship manner
  • Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified
  • Check daily attendance of all sub-contractor’s workers for late arrival, absent, early departure and false claim etc.
  • Assist in training and motivating all worker and creating an environment and conductive to morale and growth of the down-line personnel
  • Assist Safety Officer in ensuring all sub-contractors’ workers adhere to Health & Safety Regulations
  • Attend site meetings and highlight / Verify any defects in construction works
  • Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Project Manager / Site Manager
  • Submittig Daily Site Report with photographic evidence of daily progress

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-8 years of on-site working experience/ construction industry / Interior Design
  • Those without the required qualification but with proven track records of hands on experience will also be considered
  • Able to travel outstation and willing to work outside normal working hours as and when required
  • Project Handle Listing
  • Project planning and supervising skills.
